The baristas are ready.

Hello again from the Starbucks coffee company.

It's the first show.

Look, when you give somebody like a recommendation, job recommendation, that, you got to take that seriously.

I mean, that's a reflection on you right there.

So you got to handle it well.

It's a big deal.

And unfortunately, there are times when it can go bad, and I have a friend that is steaming with one of his best friends because that's exactly what happened.

And I don't know how he's going to forgive him but he is trying to find a way

to do it so I'm I'm curious as to how you guys would normally handle a situation like this because

my guy came to me a while ago asking me for some advice and reason being he works for a really

big television and a production company in an industry with some really big wig.

So it's a big deal.

His job is a big deal.
