The Bird Show.

Yesterday I went to this place called Sweat House, which has like saunas and cold plunges.

My mom is also like Bert, like very into the health and fitness stuff.

So she's been feeding me this information for weeks.

She's like, the sauna therapy is so good for you.

It's going to refresh your mind.

It's going to press the reset button.

It's going to be great.

So I did the sauna over the weekend.

And I felt amazing. So I was like, oh my gosh, there really must be something to

this. I should probably do more of this. So with the beginner entry trial thing that I did, you got to do

a sauna session and a cold plunge. And they didn't have time for me to do the cold plunge. So that's

what I did yesterday. And I was so nervous because I don't handle cold well. I'm anemic. If it's like 69

degrees in the studio, I think it's like the frozen tundra. But I wanted to challenge myself because

there's so many good health benefits. My mom was like, it refreshes your brain. You burn more calories.

It's like awesome. So yesterday I go to house and um it's just a 10-minute

session because you're probably only going to last about 30 sessions or 30 seconds and um i throw in my

bathing suit hype myself up and taking deep breaths i even i even took my camera out because i wanted

to show people like how long i was going to last because I really felt like I could handle it.

And this is a full-on ice path.

Like when you would see in a locker room in like a professional football game, like after

the game, they go and they lay in those ice beds, same type deal?
