2020 long read Operation Condor, The Cold War Conspiracy that terrorized South America.

This is actually a story that I'd been wanting to write for, I think probably 15 to 20 years

when the first information about Operation Condor, which was this strange

sort of cross-border agreement on repression amongst all the Latin American dictatorships in the 70s and 80s when that first broke.
