Welcome, everybody. Thanks for tuning in. We're going to talk today. I found myself in, let's just call it the last year or so, as my boys get older, I am hanging out with their friends' parents more. So I'm being exposed to people who I don't meet in CrossFit gyms, which is like 97% of the people I've met in the last 15 years. I've met them in a crossfit gym. And I find myself-

And I find myself in sometimes in conversations with people about the things that you and I talk about here on Chasing Excellence, whether it's fitness or health or nutrition or mindset or all these things.

And I sometimes find myself really struggling to know, not even how to help, but like where do, where do I begin this

conversation? Where do I begin a conversation, this conversation, with somebody who hasn't

been thinking about these things for the last 20 plus years like you and I have, or haven't
