Like, I have crap everywhere. And I hate working like this.

Like even when I worked a corporate job, every night my desk had to be reorganized for the next day.

I always had my list of things to do like right out there. So I was like ready to go for the next day.

And it has just been a little chaotic. I'm not going to lie, because I'm getting

ready to launch the heal and rebuild master class. So I've done a couple courses over the years.

I've done nine weeks to emotional healing, which is really about like healing from past trauma,

like emotional wounds. You know, when I was going through my stuff, I realized, you know, when you kind of sit and

you self-reflect on past relationships, obviously there's a level of accountability that

Like, okay, clearly something's going on inside.

But, you know, clearly there's something going on inside of me that I'm attracting this

not feeling good enough. And so I realized that before you can really like rebuild and kind of like move on with your life,
