My number one, like, piece of advice is to imagine your birth.

And a fight is kind of like birth where you don't, you can't control all the variables.

You can't predict to them, but you can meditate and think about how you're going to react,

what decisions you're going to make if

these said things happen. You can prepare your body physically, but more importantly,

you can be mentally ready for it. I would fall asleep thinking about birth. I would think about,

okay, the contractions are you going to start. Maybe they'll start at night.

Maybe I'll get woken up by them.

Maybe I will be at work.

I don't plan on this is how it's going to happen.

I would fall asleep dreaming about, okay, this is what I'm going to do if this happens.

And then this would happen.

And so then I just fall asleep with it on my mind and with the feeling

of excitement because it is, it is so exciting and so fun.
