because I feel like what sparked it for me was I feel like I'm hearing all the time,

just the repetition of the myths that are still happening around birth, which is totally

fine, as long as you have people to disfell them for you. I think it's totally fine, and some

of it's pretty funny. So I actually went back and I was like, let's talk about, like, from our

grandmother's era, what these myths look like onto what our moms were told. And let's kind of debunk

some of the myths that still exist today. So some of it is straight up funny. However, I want

you to realize that people actually believed these things and some of them are still believed today.
