I ultimately end up as a financial advisor.

Why?

Because it was, I didn't have money to start the businesses that I thought I was going to run.

Gotcha.

So I knew these guys who ran subways.

In my head, I'm like, open up one subway, open up another, open up another, like, all

a sudden you got a bunch, right?

And it's like, but how much money do you need to start a subway?

$250,000 back then, right?

I just really know this thing.

And I realized at one point, I was driving and I thought most people who are considered

really smart are only really smart in one thing.

And it's just that one. This was years and years before i actually got good at Airbnb data and that but that was a huge moment of realization for me because

to be smart it's it's really like you hone in on this thing and become smart at that and other stuff

i thought to myself i'm like i want to hone in on this like, I want to hone in on this skill. I truly want to hone it on a skill. I got advice from somebody else that said, hey, if you want to start a business and doing something, you should work for somebody else doing that thing and then build a business out of it when you build that skill. And so I go, okay, I'm going to find somebody that will hire me and let me just do Airbnb data all day. Where you go on there, it's bright, it's big, it shows everything off, windows are open, it looks clean, it looks good. That to me is still not good enough, right? That is the bare minimum of getting the job done, but you're not going to excel in the Airbnb world if you do that. It's actually going to be

hard to break a profit if you do that. Harder. So let's take it one step. Did you know there's a

technology that's actually an app on your phone that uses sound waves to tell your brain what you

want your brain to do? We had a young man that was a guest on our podcast,

the Mike Litton Experience,

who had a traumatic brain injury.

He was sleeping three hours a night.

He's using Newcom now and he's sleeping more.
