She has a celebrity esthetician with over two decades of experience in the beauty industry and also she has a Reiki master and she's really perfected the art of this

transformation between energy healing and you know taking care of our bodies overall and so without further do I want to introduce you guys

to Nesco's founder Lila Kas. Welcome to the show Lila I'm so honored to host you.

Thank you so much so great to be here. Thank you for having me. So it's wonderful to host to you and I can't wait to dive in because I'm such a fan of your products and

for everyone listening we were talking earlier and I'm really a big fan of the hand mask so we're going to be talking about those but before

can you tell us a little bit about your journey in the industry because I know you've

done some great work here and just to get an understanding of what led you to

create Nesko.

Yeah, absolutely. So I've been in the beauty industry for 24 years.

I'm a, you know, an institution, I'm a product formulator. My experience really is a hands-on founder. Like I've really held every position you can imagine in a company all the way right from the bottom all the way to the top. So it's been really great asset to be having that inside

where I can deal directly with my clients and my customers.

But I love beauty.

You know, when I was, I remember just a little bit going back you know right after high

school I had this intuitive thought that I just kind of felt like I wanted to help women in particularly to empower them to feel good about themselves and initially I was going to be a psychologist.

That was like my other favorite thing I wanted to do and then I'm like, no, you know, I actually want to be in beauty industry and I

actually started this industry in Australia in Perth Western Australia and I

ended up starting my career there as an esthetician and work my way up and one day I ended up in

Los Angeles back in 2007 and you know started my brand in 2012 with my husband so it's

been an incredible journey really walking through this industry and I don't really know any other thing I could possibly be doing.
