I don't drink enough water and it's easy for me to get dehydrated. Like most people, we often

drink less water in the fall and winter for a few reasons. First of all, it isn't hot like it is in the

summer, so naturally our thirst for water goes down because we aren't sweating in the sun. But

just because it's not hot doesn't mean we need less hydration. We need the same amount all year

long. And in fact, we may actually need more in the wintertime because most of us are drinking more hot coffees, lattes, and teas, which can actually dehydrate you.
