0:36.0	and what brought you to the world of marketing?
0:39.0	Yeah, I own an agency, and it's a merger between a couple other agencies. I've been in the business for about 20 years and this agency has been around since 2008. We're pretty small just over 30,
0:52.0	help people with web development, digital marketing campaign,
0:55.3	we actually even do some software as well.
0:57.7	And I got into this, my father owned a small construction company, and I got an argument with him and he made an example of me when I just started college where he fired me in front of a group of people.

1:10.0	This story to another guy I was going to school with and he said, well, my dad and I just started this
1:15.0	marketing company. Why don't you come to work for us? So I went to work for them and that company
1:20.4	rapidly grew. I was either the third or fourth employee, I can't remember. And after a number of years, it got entirely two corporate, got bureaucratic, and I didn't like it. So I thought it was a brilliant idea to start a business in the pit of the recession in 2008. And that's what I did. so I quit that and started an agency.
