It's Friday, unfortunately, we have a quick one today.

Attorney General Marigarh Linda announced yesterday that the Justice Department is suing

the state of Texas in an attempt to block the enforcement of its new abortion law.

In his statement made yesterday, he said that the state law is invalid and that federal

law, aka the constitutional right to an abortion, preempts it.

The lawsuit also takes specific issue at the bounty provision, saying that it caused abortion

providers in the state to stop providing services, which also prevented people from exercising

their constitutional rights.

I guess the administration is on the doing things train right now because yesterday

President Biden gave a speech to let everyone know that the administration is right

on top of this COVID problem.

The administration's new multi-pronged approach implements more strict mandates that will affect

federal employees, large employers, and healthcare providers in total around 100 million

workers.

In a move that will affect two-thirds of the U.S. workforce, Biden will ask the Labor

Department to issue a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to

ensure that their workforce is fully vaccinated, or they have to produce a negative COVID test
