Hello, my friends. Welcome back to another pray together episode. I'm so thankful to have you here. I've been thinking this week about the power of prayer. And it's not that we drum up some amount of faith or we drum up some sort of zeal or energy in our own lives and we direct that toward God and it moves his hand.

It's not that at all.

It's that we understand that the God of the universe who spoke and all creation came into being

has committed himself to be available to hear our concerns. And he has commanded us to express those

concerns to him in faith. And that faith is not a wishful thinking kind of faith. It is a faith

that he is able and he is good. And he is wise enough to know what to answer and what not to answer

and we bring things to him like a little child would come to their father or their mother

and say daddy would you do this mommy would you bring you bring this about? And in that asking, trust that parent

to do what is best in the situation. That is the nature and the spirit with which we pray.

And we have a handful of requests today that we're going to be bringing to our Heavenly Father

in the name of the Lord Jesus

Christ and that's his authority it's a stamp of of approval when we pray in his name and we are asking

the Lord for Jesus sake and upon Jesus authority to bring about answers to these prayers that we have to lift up.

I'm so thankful you're with me today to pray for these needs. These are very real needs that have
