A federal judge in Virginia ordered a temporary freeze on any payments from the Trump administration

out of the $1.8 billion so-called

anti-weaponization fund as a judge considers arguments in a lawsuit brought by a former January 6th prosecutor.

The lead prosecutor in the federal case against former FBI director James Comey stemming from him
