The driver in Friday's deadly bus crash along I-95 just south of Washington, D.C., has been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter. Investigator in charge Gregson, with some of the factors that they'll be looking into as they investigate the driver, 48-year-old Jing S. Dong from Staten Island, New York.

That will include fatigue, medication, alcohol,

drugs, training, workload, and equipment. Five people are confirmed dead, including two children,

and more than 40 reported injured. The bus plowing into six cars in a work zone in Stafford County,

Virginia. The federal judge overseeing President Trump's lawsuit against the IRS is considering reopening the case over the terms of its settlement.

Judge Kathleen Williams ordering Trump to respond to, quote, grievous allegations that his settlement was, quote, premised on deception. Now remember that President

Trump dropped this lawsuit in exchange for the creation of what's called this anti-weaponization

fund. That's $1.8 billion in taxpayer money to be given away to Trump allies who claim they

were unfairly treated by the Biden Justice Department. Democrats call it a slush fund. In Laos, one of the main rescue divers says all five miners

trapped in a flooded cave are now out and in good health, capping an extraordinary rescue

effort. Josh Richardson said water pumps lowered the water in the caves enough for the meant to

crawl and at times swim out of the caves. We were just about to turn the pumps off when they emerged on their own.

So obviously the water level was dropped low enough that they've decided to do a bit of a roof sniff and squeeze their way out through the water.
