Number 1. Weapons experts said Israel used a U.S. made bomb in a deadly strike on a UN school.

Yesterday Israel's strike killed dozens of people at a school in the Central Gaza Strip.

Israel's military said the strike targeted fighters who took part in the attacks

against Israel on October 7th, but the UN said the facility was also packed

with thousands of people displaced by the war.

Five weapons experts examined verified footage from the debris and identified

weapons fragments as U.S. made.

The U.S. has continued shipping offensive weapons to Israel despite growing international outrage

about the rising number of civilian deaths in Gaza. Donald Trump plans to claim sweeping powers to cancel federal spending.

That's number two.

Trump and his advisors have prepared an attack on the limits on presidential spending

authority if he's elected this November.

The Constitution gives control over spending to Congress, but Trump and his aides say the

president should have much more discretion. They believe presidents should

have the authority to cancel programs altogether, even if Congress funds them.

His aides have said that could include cuts for the World Health Organization

and Green Energy initiatives.
