whether to stave off the usual seasonal coughs and colds or more, as well of course as to stay well while COVID still seems to surround us.

And on that note, a couple of things I wanted to mention.

Firstly, the use of very specific vitamins and supplements to help those with COVID or recovering from it,

as well as dropping the name of a medication called Ivomectin into our conversation here.

months to come so I thought it would be useful just to mention it. It's an antiviral

drug that has been around for decades. It's safely used to treat skin conditions.
