Hey, girlfriends, welcome back to another episode of the Girlfriends' Podcast.

I'm so glad that you're here.

It always makes me so happy that people show up every week and let me know how this show is affecting their lives.

So I'm thrilled that you're here, and I hope you had a great Thanksgiving weekend. I'm recording this early on Monday morning after the long weekend, and, well, you might be

experiencing a Monday like I am where it feels really hard to get back into things after the long

weekend, but we had a great Thanksgiving here. I hope that you did too. I hope that

whatever plans you had and whatever family you gathered with, it went the way that you wanted

to and you made the connections you wanted to. For me, Thanksgiving is really all about

making those kinds of connections. And this year more than ever because I had kids who were away

at school who came home for Thanksgiving. Ambrose was home.

Yay. Wow. You know, moms told me about when their kids go away to school, how precious it is when

they come home. And I really did experience that. Of course, last year we had Aman, but he was about

90 minutes away and we saw him pretty regularly.

But this year, his classes have really picked up, and he's not had a lot of time to come home

on weekends like he did that first year. So we've been missing him extra much, but then also

missing Ambrose, who's all the way down in Florida. And so Ambrose came home, and the little
