Yeah, so we're in the middle of retreat season. This is one of our favorite things to do out of

everything we do over here at Rhythms for Life. And so in the fall we do one at Las Valley in October

and we do one in Franklin in November and the Las Valley one is all about these embodied rhythms

of rest, restore, connect, create. And we just deep dive and we had Josh Axe with us. We had

Bill and Lori Loki with us. We had Pete Richardson with us and talking all things calling. It was just

calling, healing, physical health, relational health, all the great things. So I just come back very

filled up from that time, especially if we can loathe on horses. Yeah. And you know what Rebecca,

I love doing this with you. It's it's two years ago we made that decision like let's do some things

together. We do this podcast together, but the retreats getting to just be together process with

people that hey, we we want to help partner with you and come alongside giving you the best of what

we've learned but also the people that have shaped our thinking the way that we respond and are

thinking through mental health, anxiety and to see you guys respond and to see how much it's just

helping couples go, wow, I get to ask my questions. I get to get the insight that I need for
