Hi Janet, I've just become acquainted with the Rye Approach through your podcast and

it's been a life changer for my husband and me when raising our one year-old son.

In the past few months, I've been pleasantly surprised with my ability to stay more grounded

and connected to him, even in difficult moments, and it's deepened our love and understanding

My son is a very rambunctious one year old, always active and excited about everything
