Hello and welcome to another episode of Happy Mum Happy Baby. I'm delighted to welcome my very,

very, very good friend today. This Frankie Bridge. Yes, I'm growing up now.

Yeah, you are. We're both growing up. So I should say the first of all, we have known each other

for a very long time. Yeah. A year ago. We were inseparable for a very, very long time.

Mum and James. Literally our days and started and finished together.

It was cups of tea normally. I love it. People would have thought we were being wild

and going out to party really well. So Frank, this podcast all came about from my book,

Happy Mum Happy Baby. In which I was very, very honest and I kind of shared everything,

everything concerning motherhood, whether it was feeling judged, pressured,

about breastfeeding, all my difficulties, bonding, all the lovely stuff too, but all about
