I'm John Batch with my good colleague, Simon Constable, who moved from the United Kingdom, Scotland in particular, where it is always cloudy, except for the last five days when Simon was there. He moved to the south of France, where it is always paradise. There is an article in the Financial Times most recently, Americans want to move to Europe, but just how easy is it. Some of this is politics. Other parts of it are the boomers retiring, and I can live anywhere I want,

and look at those very attractive villages in Italy, and look at the south of France, what a good

time Simon's having. But Simon, haste is the word, is what I learned from listening to

your adventures as you, every document that France put in front of you into, what do I do now?

Haste is useless.

You must be, well, Simon, you said patient, but I remind you, listening to you those months and sometimes years, patience is not easy when you don't know

what's next, when you're wandering into a landscape that you might not solve. So what are your

lessons learned, Simon, from moving to the, from the United Kingdom where you're home to the

south of France, which is now your home?
