To the south of France, my good colleague Simon Constable, who has returned from the nation of his birth, the United Kingdom, back to paradise the south of France.

Simon, it is a generality that the reason people go away is so that they can be so happy

when they get home. You're back in paradise. The plum tree. I worried about the plum tree

with you away. Looking forward to its harvest this year. How does France look to you now,

Today, it's absolutely lovely, 45 Fahrenheit when you got up in the morning and 60 Fahrenheit

at the high.

It's sunny today.

However, when I flew back from the UK on Saturday, the leg of the journey from Paris to Toulouse

was in the same moment as a French goal an orage, which is a lightning and thunder and lightning storm.

And I've never been in that sort of situation before. It was around us as we flew, as the pilots flew the airplane down from Paris to way, way south, where Toulouse is.

And it was really interesting.

I had a window seat and I could look out at this and it was both enthralling and also kind of scary at the same time.
