Welcome to the second ever Fran Theory mini episode of Lizard

People.

I'm so happy to be here with you in your earholes. I'm in fact in my apartment in Los Angeles, California.

But we're together in our hearts, I think, all the time.

And it's a real joy to have you.

Okay, here's the deal.

I've had a lot of requests since the last Fran theory of episodes that people wanted me to do. of

episodes that people wanted me to do. People have been like, hey, do the Russian

Olympic team doping scandal, like, hey, do this murder that happened in my hometown.

And I want to get to all of these.

But for today's mini episode,

while I'm here by myself, and I have all the time

to talk in the whole world.

I want to talk about one person in particular.

Now the mini episodes, as you might recall,

I pitch a bunch of different theories that don't really have enough behind them to make for a whole real episode

and then I leave it up to you dear listener to make the judgment calls and give me your rankings via Twitter and Facebook.

And so I'm going to address a few different theories that all have to do with one
