All right, with that, today's guest is someone who has lived at the intersection of elite

aviation performance,

leadership under pressure, and now entrepreneurship in the private cycle. Josh Gunderson,

call sign Cabo, is a former United States Air Force fighter pilot who has flown both the F-15C Eagle

and the F-22 Raptor. He went on to serve as the commander and pilot of the F-22 demonstration

team at Langley Air Force Base,

where he led an 18-member team responsible for showcasing one of the most advanced fighter aircraft of the world to more than 10 million spectators annually.

But Cabo's story doesn't stop in the cockpit. Like many of us who have spent years operating the edge of performance inside large institutions, he eventually stepped into the entrepreneurial world, applying lessons learned in high-consequence

environments like combat aviation, mission command, and demonstration flying to the challenge

of building and leading organizations in competitive markets.

From dreaming of flying fighters as a kid to commanding the F-22 demo team,

to now navigating the transition from tactical excellence to business leadership.

Cabo represents a growing cohort of operators working to translate operational experience

into innovation in the private sector.
