He had called in at 7.52am stating that he was following three suspicious individuals, two white men and one black, two an abandoned cement factory near the swamp, which had recently become a target for vandals and squatters. |

When the officers on site and the dispatch tried to call Joe on his radio, there was no answer. Suddenly, they heard a noise and ran toward it. That's when they found officer Joe Glenowitz. Dead. |
