Dan, Bo, and I talk about why we love working on this each week and about what we hope for in the future as we continue engaging these vital conversations with you.

I will not sing happy birthday because my cacophonous voice would bring harm to many.

But it's our birthday.

We are four years old.

And often, I think I really do feel a bit like a four-year-old a lot of times.

It's a good year. But we are going to take a little bit like a four-year-old a lot of times. It's a good year.

But we are going to take a little bit of a shift in this podcast, and that is to sort

to sort of break what's called the fourth wall and actually talk about the experience of doing

podcasts.

And so I have my very dear friend, Rachel and Bo Denton not only a friend but also

the behind-the-scenes presence that when you hear a podcast if there has been an immense amount of

labor and there usually is you and Brody end up doing a massive amount of work.

So we want the privilege of being able to just sort of go, would you join us, just hearing a little bit about what we do, how we do it, what we're hoping to accomplish, and a bit about the insides.

It may be a little bit more like telling people how sausage gets made.

It's better to eat it and enjoy it than to actually hear about it.

But we're going to celebrate and just go, wow, four years.

I would never have imagined doing this hardly ever, let alone to have been now past 200 episodes and celebrating

at least on October 11th when we did our very first podcast.
