Yo, what's good folks? Hope your week or weekend is going well depending on when you're hearing

this. I recently wrote an article for my substack getting back on track. That's the name of a

substack. And I wrote an article titled Lessons Learned from Starting Over After Success. It's

something that's been on my mind a lot lately. And I also included an article voiceover for that, I almost said for that

episode, for that article. And it's something that I'm going to be doing going forward for the

articles that I write on Substack. And when I think that the topic that I'm writing about is

particularly relevant to the mental wealth show, I'll bring that article voiceover to the podcast

feed. If I don't do a whole episode based on that article altogether, and that's what

happened with the last episode, actually, I haven't published the article that I wrote yet,

but I wrote about the topic first. And then I said,

you know what? Let me just make this a full podcast episode. And it was the easiest thing in the

world to record because I had written it already. It was already in my head. And I didn't have to

keep refreshing and looking at my notes and things like that. So I'm going to be doing that more
