Gino Cross opens up about building one of Dubai’s fastest growing real estate brokerages, going from having nothing to leading a 140-strong team in one of the most competitive property markets in the world. He breaks down how commission really works in Dubai, how brokers can make life-changing money, and why the city rewards speed, obsession, and execution.

But it is not just about success. Gino speaks honestly about nearly running out of money, learning from billionaires, making big mistakes, and the discipline it took to stay in the game long enough to win. From door-to-door sales in the UK to selling multi-million-pound properties in Dubai, this is a story of resilience, structure, and belief.

This is the eventful life of Mr Gino Cross.

But if you are comfortable and working like that, that's how we're going to have to do this. How did you end up becoming one of the biggest real estate entrepreneurs in Dubai? Very kind of view. Thank you. Graft, mate. Just graft vision and belief. Do you know what I mean? I came over here in 2018. Did not want to be in real estate at all. No, yeah, didn't at all. I didn't. I was in finance for 10 years in London,

He'd see the clouds when he woke up in the morning. He had every pair of booting in trainers, and I thought he'd made it in life.
