So Sophie and I have this thing that we talk about when we work with couples a lot,

and that is the fact that you choose your partner over and over and over.

Like almost every day, you're choosing your relationship again. And that's a concept that's very antithetical to the classic, like, oh, you found the one and now it's just like magical forever. And the reason I think it's important is for two reasons. First of all, for people who are not currently in relationships, we can fall into that trap of going, oh, it was really, really great and now it's not great. This must not be the one. If that's the mentality
