In today's episode, I'll start you off on your forgiveness journey.

Forgiveness is one of the most difficult qualities to cultivate. And what surprises many people

about forgiveness is that it's not a one-time done and move-on process.

It's not as though you forgive someone and then it's done. It's all over.

You will never think about the grievance again. Some people may be able

to do that. If you do forgive and instantly you are over the grievance, then you have a special superpower because for most people,

forgiveness is a process. You can forgive someone, but what forgiveness is really all about

is a journey you undertake. When something happens to you, it's not something

you instigated. It's something that someone or something outside yourself caused you to feel some kind of suffering or pain to the extent that it may have

interrupted your life and then it may be a burden you carry with you throughout your life.

So it becomes a journey.

And when you decide to forgive someone, because it is a decision, it's an intention you focus on
