I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you to a brand new series we're launching into this week and this is a series that might be a little more difficult

things to do and that is to forgive. This week's theme is all about forgiveness and this is part of a collection of meditation series all about trusting change.

There's a lot of change going on in the world.

And what's unique is because of the pandemic,

we're all experiencing change at the same time, massive change.

Some of the change is for better,

and some of the change is much more difficult. So we have yet to see how things will evolve.

But one thing is for certain, each one of us is an integral part of this process of change.

We're all creating the new world together. So as you go through this week's meditation series, know that one of

the most important things you could do is to forgive those in your life who may have caused you harm and

situations that may have harmed you and forgive yourself and that can even be more difficult
