And he joins me right now with a look at everything that's happening the week of the draft.

And Jeff, I know you and I and everybody in this area, including Diana Rossini,

have been talking about A.J. Brown going to the

Patriots. Well, today Adam Schaefter pretty much put the nail in the coffin, it seems like, for

AJ's return to Philadelphia. It's almost like if Adam Schaefter says it, then it has to be accurate and true.

But he came out today with a pretty big, you know, thought that he will be a Patriot

post June 1st.

Is that the idea that you've had and continue to have?

Yeah.

You know, it's funny.

I think I thought Nick Foles actually had a really good rationale about it. You know, he does a podcast with a former NFL tight end Evan Moore, the really good friends. It's called The Season. And it was a couple of days ago where on the podcast, he basically said, you know, if you had asked me two weeks ago, I would have said 80, 20, that A.J. Brown's going to be an eagle, but I've been talking to a lot of people and thinking hearing what I'm hearing. And, you know, he noted that throughout this whole time, A.J. Brown has not once come out and said, I really want to be an eagle, right? Like, he could put it all the rest. Like, I want the new offense. I'm excited about

what I've heard. That's what people who have felt that AJ Brown's not going to get traded or doesn't want to be traded of assumed that he's going to warm up to the idea of a new offense and him being featured in it. And all AJ had to do was come out and say, yeah, I really like that. this and I'm I get excited. He never had. So Nick Fulitz went on

to say that, you know, Howie rightly wouldn't want to go through another year of unhappy wide

receiver, especially when you're transitioning to a new offense and everything. And so yeah, I mean,

I think you combine that with Adam's report and what we've thought all along.

And it's looking like AJ Brown's not going to be an Eagle still.

Yeah, he was pretty definitive about it this morning was basically that, hey, he is, and he's not expected to attend the Eagles' offseason programs.

That is that not a, I mean, has he been a piece in the past?

Just look at the timing of Adams report, Shefter's report, with the today being the day that it starts, right?
