If Philadelphia took a receiver at 23, would that blow you away?

No, it wouldn't.

For one, there's so much money invested on the defensive side, Mike, that they have to eventually start getting younger and drafting players on the

offensive side to offset that.

And knowing that receiver is a position of need, regardless of what happens with

AJ Brown, there's not a lot of depth there behind AJ and Devante.

You have a couple one-year signings in Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore, Darius Cooper's been a good story of development

after the one season, but they still need to add another player there to uplift that group

and take it a little bit further. So it wouldn't surprise me. So is it a good group of receivers?

Will there be some guys that the Eagles will need to decide on if they stay at 23?

Yeah, you know, Jordan Tyson is a player who's pretty interesting, Denzel Boston.

But Mike, I even like the receivers that could fall within the Eagles range in the second round,

namely Louis Bill's Chris Bell or Elijah Sarrett from Indiana as a player who I do like.

And Ted Hurst, he's probably going to be a third round pick, but he went to Georgia State, and you may say, well, the level of competition, well, he went to the Senior Bowl, and I thought he acquitted himself well.

He's six foot four. He runs a four four and tracks the

deep. He would add that explosive element to an offense that surely needs it. So there's a number

of players there that if the Eagles do wait and try to pounce on value, they should be able to find
