So we're going to cover a number of different foods today, a wide variety of fruits and drinks that are super popular today, but really aren't necessarily so good for you.

carbonated water. Now you may be like myself or I see people all over town who

are drinking carbonated water drinks that are lightly flavored.

And the most popular one that I see in my area where I live in Metro Detroit is

LaCroy. Well, these are super popular right now as a quote-unquote healthy type of a drink.

Well, there's technically nothing wrong with them if you drink them.

They're not going to make you less healthy and water is always good to drink.
