Summary

Adrienne chats with the brilliant George Lamb. You may remember George from hosting various TV shows but he turned his back on most of that and started a new venture. That was Wildfarmed, which George co-owns, which addresses the problems of modern wheat production. Wildfarmed offers a route to market for crops grown in systems that prioritise soil health. They work with farmers embracing regenerative approaches to improve farm biodiversity and soil condition, creating a traceable field to plate network which allows consumers to participate in the restoration of soil and biodiversity.

Plus George has a Power Hour that might be our favourite yet.
