Hey everyone, welcome back. I hope you are having a great start to the week. I have got a message of

0:14.3

motivation for you today. So if you are in need of that, then turn it up, focus and let's get into it. Now, I wanted to revisit

0:23.6

this very simple concept and idea of the power hour. Of course, I have been talking about

0:29.3

this concept for years. I've been talking about it on this podcast. I've even written an entire

0:34.2

book about it. So why am I revis why am I revisiting this idea today?

0:39.0

Well, a lot of people still ask me. So if someone discovers the podcast or if they follow me

0:44.7

1:52.4

to ask the question in return of why don't you? You know, why don't you get up early, actually?

1:59.1

Why are you asking me why I get up? Why don't you

2:01.9

get up early? Because maybe you've done everything that you want to do, but I haven't. So if I

2:08.1

want to be a better reader, I know I need to get up and read. If I want to be a better runner,
