Hey everyone, welcome back to the podcast. Today's episode is a short reminder of five things that

statistically we all need to do to live a healthier, happier life. Now, some of these things you may have heard me discuss

on this podcast before, some of it may be new, but this reminder is just about looking at your

daily routine, looking at your weekly schedule, and considering how much do you engage in each

five of these things. So if we want to live healthier and we want to live happier,

then number one is we need to invest in our relationships. So our relationships shape our mind

frame and they contribute to our overall feeling of stability and contentment. Our happiness

is improved when we have social connection and when we have meaningful, strong relationships.

So the research suggests it's not about the number, the quantity of friends.

It's not about having more friends or more social engagement makes you happier.

It's actually about the quality of those relationships.

So you may have fewer people in your life,

about the importance of exercising outside,

especially in the morning, getting natural daylight into your eye

can really help to improve your sleep.

But statistically, people who spend more hours outside in nature report better feelings
