It's been quite a year, and we're just about ready to finish the year.

So I wanted to provide you with a week of breathing techniques

So far, we have discovered a breathing technique to relax your mind and

body, to instantly calm yourself, to feel more confident, to ease yourself into sleep. Today it's all about focus. Meditation is one of

the best ways to help you focus because when your mind is calm and

your body is relaxed as it is when you meditate you're able to focus.

And in today's episode you're going to be guided as you focus on one thing only. So I'd like you to pause now and think about something you

a beautiful beach with ocean waves lapping at the shore.
