And there's messages to prepare. There's volunteers to supervise, there's administration,

there's crises, there's planning, there's team meetings, there's managing just life itself.

And, you know, I remember being a leap after when our church was a plant with 25 people many

years ago. I just had so much to do, let alone when there was 100 people or 200 people or up to

1,000 people and beyond.

I mean, it's the same problem. There's just a lot to do. And so it's very difficult to focus on a few.

And then we have all these tools at our disposal where we can actually maximize our gifts and

talents. You can have thousands and thousands of followers on social media,

Instagram or TikTok or YouTube. I have all these people, apparently, that you're influencing

and impacting. But it's the same problem. They've all got your attention, but it's not going to
