Begin by finding a comfortable position.

And now close your eyes.

Notice what's being experienced with your eyes closed.

What you notice going on?

Simply be aware of everything that's happening without trying to change anything.

It's natural for thoughts to be coming and going.

Your mind may be filled with thoughts, it doesn't matter.

Simply noticing that thoughts come.

Coming aware of any emotions that you may be feeling.

Notice how the mind becomes involved in the emotions.

Usually there's a story that goes along with the emotion.

Letting go of the mind's involvement.
