1:08.2	The person who sent the email says, I recently found your podcasts, and they are helping
1:13.8	me more than any relaxation or meditation tracks that I have listened to before.
1:19.5	I have anxiety and sleeping problems, so I listen to your podcasts to calm me down

1:27.1	Most of the time I am able to unwind and slow my thoughts.
1:31.1	However, I find that in most of the podcasts, I am asked to bring certain things to mind,
1:37.5	to be conscious of thoughts or surroundings.
1:41.3	This sometimes deters me from the goal of my meditation, falling asleep.
