2:18.2 | moment and be able to be with what's here. People go, yeah, that sounds right and then there's that |
2:24.2 | message of being with what here means being with what's here with some sense of presence and |
2:29.8 | kindness and people go, yeah, that sounds good. And it is so difficult for many of us to actually |
