talk about how my week has been going. Well, my week has been going stressful. I was talking to

someone who I appreciate their insight, but I was describing some situations I'd been in in the past,

and I was like, does it sound like I have low self-esteem? And they were like, yes. And I trust them,

and they would never say anything randomly to hurt me. But I was, so I wanted to kind of,

just for my own mental health, what is self-esteem? Now, I understand like the general

components of self-esteem, obviously, because I talk about like a sense of self-trust and all

this stuff. But what about me? I want to know the granular aspects is registering as low self-esteem. So, this is kind of unrelated, but I did want to get into it. If you guys wanted to know for your personal, you know, just sort of understanding, this is from very well-mined. And granted, I was just looking at this in the car because they said it in the car and I was like, what does it mean that I have low self-esteem? Self-esteem is your subjected sense of overall personal worth or value. But the thing is, is I know that I'm worthy, right? Like, I know self-worth. Similar to self-respect, it describes your level of confidence in your abilities and attributes. having healthy self-esteem can influence your motivation, your mental well-being, and your overall quality of life. However, having self-esteem that is either too high or too low can be problematic, better understanding what your unique level of self-esteem is. So the key elements of self-esteem listed here is self-confidence, feelings security identity sense of belonging and feeling of

competence other terms often use interchangeably of self-esteem is self-worth self-regard and

self-respect okay so then then yeah it is self-worth basically kind of the I think the thing for

me the key element that seems to be office sense of belonging but I've talked about this

before I feel like I don't really belong anywhere. And I guess what it's coming down to is that

self-esteem is kind of, it's more has to do with social emotions. It's influenced by experience

and relationships, you know, overall opinion of yourself. Self-esteem is shaped by interactions with others,

you know, your successes and failures

and the messages you've received throughout your life.
