0:34.4	Real estate seems to be the hot topic for the year, given all it's going on in the
0:39.1	market. So maybe you can tell listeners a bit about your background. I kind of have a crazy
0:43.9	background of how I even got started in a real estate. I at 18 years old, went the United States
0:49.1	Marine Corps. I did that for a couple years, four years, got honorably discharged, and then went to become
0:54.4	a Florida State Trooper.
0:55.8	And did that for quite some time.
0:58.1	And while being a trooper, it was awesome.
1:00.6	They gave me everything I ever wanted.
1:01.8	They're like, here's a fast car.
1:03.4	Here's a gun and a badge.
1:04.6	Go catch bad guys.
1:05.6	And I was like, that's like every kid's dream.
1:07.8	Like, I dreamed about it when I was young, so it was awesome to have that job.
1:11.3	But as time went on, I'm seven, eight years in, I'm starting to look at, okay, what am I going to do with the rest of my life?
