Florida. My climbing experience is limited to trees, sets of stairs, and the

occasional chain link fence. And I'm reading Into Thin Air. I know I am a

cliche in the making right now. Into Thin Air is John Cracker a seminal

account of survival and tragedy on Mount Everest during the 1996 season when

an unforecasted storm took the lives of eight climbers. And I remember very

clearly there's this point and crack our story where he's made it back to his

tent after summoning and other people on the mountain are clearly in trouble.
