What's going on everybody? Welcome back to the Mind Over Macros Podcast. As always, I'm

0:08.0

your host Mike Milner and today we are back with another episode of the Fix My Diet series.

0:15.0

This has been pretty popular so far, so I figured we will keep it rolling.

0:19.4

And this episode in particular is worth paying attention to because the client that I was speaking

0:25.6

with actually not a client but somebody who volunteered to do the nutrition review she actually

0:32.0

did not want to track macros, which was cool because the first two

0:36.1

episodes, we had two people who were more on the macro tracking side.

0:41.1

1:34.6

1:39.5

doing and that's just you know whenever we that, we're kind of on borrowed time.

1:45.0

And it's only a matter of time before that becomes just something that they're not willing to do anymore.

1:50.0

And so I'd rather just have something on the front end where we can get them to buy in, we can get

1:55.4

them more consistency, feeling better about the process.

1:59.9

And then if we want to pivot into something more specific,

2:03.2

that's the opportunity, but I don't like just
