He's been in the sub two community for five years. And so he's a little bit more advanced. What I want to do right here is break down the parties involved in this project, how they're making money, what skills they have, what risk they have, and where you can possibly fit in based on where you currently are in your face. Okay. So the seller of this house, living in the home for a considerable amount of time, was a family, family of four, two kids, mom and dad. They wanted to move to Wyoming. Their house had been
