| 1:20.8 | Because what I found was either people just kind of put their head in their sand and they're not answering calls that they don't know. |
| 1:27.1 | The ostriches. Right, sure. Or they, they already have a reflex, no, I've got this taken care, I've got this taken care of, because they're getting calls from real estate agents. They're getting calls from investors. They're getting calls from their creditors, not only the bank, but usually, you know, you've got credit cards |
| 1:45.2 | that they're not paying. They've got car payments that they're not paying or student loans |
| 1:48.2 | or whatever else. You know, people are going through some sort of financial hardship. |
| 1:52.6 | So how are you actually talking to these people? Great question. And I would not disagree. |
