Well, hello, hello there, everyone. Welcome back to another fabulous episode of the Good Day podcast. I'm so excited to have you joining me today. Today's episode is kind of fun. I thought I would share five things I'm doing differently in

23. And I was thinking about this because the other day I heard this crazy statistic that

23 is already 38% complete. There's like statisticians out there that like calculate it down to the day to figure out like how,

you know, how far we are percentage wise into the year.

So as I'm recording this, we're a little under 40% complete for the year, which is crazy.

I feel like, gosh, I just feel like these last few months have flown by. I say that all

the time. We all, it's kind of getting annoying, honestly, how we all say, oh, the time flies,

the time goes so fast. But it really, it really does. I don't know how it's possible that we're

into the last half of May now. My kids are on summer break. Like, it is mind blowing. It's mind

blowing. The time goes so dang quickly. And I know heading into summer, I know it's going to fly.

I know it'll go way too fast. And then I'll be so sad because it'll be back in school and it will be

fall and here I am jumping ahead myself.

Anyway, I thought it would be kind of fun to like look back at the last five months or so and just

kind of think of anything I'm doing differently this year that I've really been particularly

enjoying or is benefiting me in some way and just share those things. I honestly didn't set a ton of goals

for 2023. I didn't set like very specific goals. I have had a few things, but it wasn't anything

major this past year. But there are some things I've changed, some things I've done differently,

some things I'm trying to refocus on this year. So I thought I would share those with you as kind of an almost mid-year
